ALL Players are required to complete the following 2 STEPS to enable an effective registration:

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: CLUB REGISTRATION

All Players, Coaches, Managers and Volunteers are required to Register for the 2021 Creek Tigers season

PLAYERS:

§    Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom of this page to commence the process.

§   You will need to create a new account if you do not have one.

§    Please note you must be over 18 years of age to Sign On.

§    Players under the age of 18 must have a Parent or Guardian complete the application as the Primary Account Contact.

§    Complete all details including at least 1 Emergency Contact.

§    Once you have created your Account you can add a Player (or Players) where indicated.

§    Select the appropriate playing age group for each Player added.

§    Once completed you will be asked to make your payment and provided with a number of options. Preference is for fees to be paid           via our online system.

§    If you wish to make a payment manually at the Club at a later date, please ensure you have your Invoice details with you so we can        apply the payment to the correct Account. (Please note this is our least preferred method of payment).

§    You can pay your fees online by BPay or Debit/Credit Card, and

§    You can pay your fees in full, or 

§    You can pay the required initial part payment & pay the balance due by the Executive Committee's nominated Date, or

§    You can pay the required initial part payment and enter into a Club Approved Payment Plan for any balance due.

§    Payment Plans must be fully paid out by the Executive Committee's nominated Date.

§    Payment Plans are flexible and able to be structured to suit your needs. 

§    Fees and Conditions apply to all Payment Plans.

§    The Executive Committee retains the right to refuse or reject any Payment Plan Application and will advise applicants in writing of           any such decision.

§    Members who intend to use a Get Started Voucher should deduct the applicable amount from their Payment and we will credit your        account once the the Voucher has been processed.

§    If Vouchers are not presented or processed in the required time frame, the amount due becomes payable by the Account holder.

§    The Registrar is responsible for processing and approving Sign On and Payment Plan Applications.

§    The Executive Committee retains the right to refuse or reject any application for Membership and will advise applicants in writing of         any such decision.

STEP 2: PLAY FOOTBALL  (FIFA/FFA required Registration)

§    All Players, Coaches, Managers and Volunteers are required to Register in Play Football.

§     All Coaches, Managers and Volunteers will need a blue card if you want to work or volunteer with children in Queensland or hold a         valid exemption card 

§     You can apply for a Blue Card now by following this link:

Registering with Play Football

Follow this link to the Play Football website with all the instructions - www.playfootball.com.au/register

Select the section that suits you best (i.e)

§    Re-Registering to play this season? (if you already have a Play Football Account)

§    New to Football? (for new Play Football Account applications)

§    Coaches, Referees and Volunteers (for non-playing Roles)

Create your Football Account

Instead of using your FFA number to access the registration system, you will now need a Football Account. If you do not already have one you can create one very easily using your email address, facebook login or google login.

IMPORTANT: You will not be able to claim your participant history if your email address or social media login does not match the email address used for registrations on the old MyFootballClub. 


After logging into your Football Account you may be presented with a list of matching profiles from MyFootballClub based on the email address being used.  You must link any profiles if you wish to register them in the future.  


Once you have claimed your participant history you will be able to register any of the linked family members on your account or signup additional people.


Photo

You will need to add a new photo when you register.
