This is STEP 1 of registration - CLUB REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF CLUB FEES (club portion of fees listed below).

You will be directed to Squadi after your registration.

When you log into Squadi, you will first be prompted by a pop-up link to complete your Football Australia PlayFootball registration first for the 2026 season. This first step is mandatory so please do the following:

Follow the instructions provided, which will require you to:
1. Log into PlayFootball
2. Search for your club
3. Select the appropriate National registration product
4. Self-complete your PlayFootball registration in full.

Once your PlayFootball registration is complete, you can then continue and complete your Football Queensland competition access process in Squadi as per normal.

Important reminder-

Both of the following are mandatory under regulation before you are eligible to participate in the 2026 season:
✔️ Football Australia PlayFootball registration
✔️ Football Queensland competition access via Squadi

Fees through Squadi will be -

     Squirts - N/A
     Cubs U6-U7 - $50
     MiniRoos U8-U11 - $50
     Juniors U12-U18 - $66
     Seniors including FQPL - $130
     Masters - $220 (may be subject to change)

Fees through PlayFootball will be -

     Squirts - N/A
     Cubs U6-U7 - $18
     MiniRoos U8-U11 - $18
     Juniors U12-U18 - $18
     Senior including FQPL - $42
     Masters - N/A

FQPL5 and Kangaroo teams are by invitation only. Please only register in these groups if you have received a letter of offer.

Terms and conditions

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    GENERAL
    1. Players agree to register and pay fees via all 3 steps of registration (club, Squadi, PlayFootball).
    2. For insurance purposes, only financial players can train and play.
    3. Players must wear football boots and shin guards for both training and games (Squirts may wear trainers).
    4. Club communication is done via website www.slackscreekfc.com.au, Facebook and Instagram.
    5. All fees must be paid in full before the players first game of the season or committed for payment via an approved payment plan.
    6. Players under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian in attendance during all training and matches.
    7. On registration, players and their parents/guardians if player is under 18, agree to abide by all policies of Slacks Creek FC, Football Queensland and Football Australia.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Options for payment:

    Association Fees (FQ and FA):
    1. Association fees are to be paid at the time of registration in Squadi and PlayFootball. THIS IS MANDATORY.

    Club Fees:
    1. Pay in full at the time of registration via credit/debit card or bank transfer via the club's website.

    2. Pay by direct deposit to the Club's bank account (refer to details on invoice).

    3. Pay by instalment (Payment Plan) via the club's website.

    4. Payment in person at the club by previous arrangement only.

    5. Additional administration fees may be incurred by players if payment plans are defaulted.

    FINANCIAL DEBT
    1. If a player, parent or club member owes money to Slacks Creek FC, registration approval will be withheld until the debt is settled.

    REFUNDS
    1. All refund requests must be made in writing to the Treasurer via accounts@slackscreefc.com.au
    2. Circumstances where refunds may be approved are outlined in the Refund Policy (available on the website).

    FINES
    1. Payment of fines incurred by individual players is the sole responsibility of that player.
    2. Payment of team fines is the responsibility of the team as a whole, as arranged by the team manager.
