Masters and Legends

Over 35 Div 5  Over 35 Div 2

Overview

Love the game, want to keep playing but need some adjustments for age? Then our Legends (Women's Over 30) and Masters (Men's Over 35) (QMF Masters League) might be the right fit for you!


There's still plenty of competitive spirit in this league, as well as friendship, camaraderie and good ol' fashioned fun.

In 2025, SCFC fielded a total of 5 QMF teams, with 3 teams reaching the semi and/or grand final:

  • Women's Over 30s Legends - Div 2
  • Men's Over 35s - Div 2
  • Men's Over 35s - Div 5
  • Men's Over 35s - Div 7
  • Men's Over 45s - Div 3

Fees

2026 Registration Masters/Legends -  $430* ($215 club fees + $35 FQ fees + $180* QMF fees)

*QMF have not released their updated 2026 fees so please be aware this price may increase.

Fees cover:
  • All association fees (club, Football Queensland and QMF)
  • Referee fees
  • Electricity and lighting for clubhouse and fields
  • Insurance expenses
  • Club administration fees (council rates etc)
  • Field marking
  • Grounds and facilities maintenance costs
  • Provision of equipment (playing jerseys, balls, bibs, goals etc)
  • End of season presentation event
  • End of season awards

Please note - while Masters and Legends players must register in PlayFootball, there is no fee associated with this registration.


How to Register 2026 ( 3)

Training and Playing Times

Training is usually once per week and is determined by the availability and preference of the coach/team manager.

Men's Masters are mostly scheduled for Friday nights while Ladies Legends are most often scheduled for Wednesday nights and are on a home (Usher Park, Daisy Hill) and away basis.

The 2026 season schedule is released by QMF closer to the beginning of the season. 

In the event of field closures due to weather, Masters/Legends matches will be rescheduled.

Playing Uniform

All players are required to wear the Slacks Creek Football Club training shirt to and from games and while training and must wear club shorts and socks while playing. These can be purchased from the club shop. 

Players must wear football boots with plastic tags and shin guards for protection.

Playing jerseys are provided for wear during matches however remain the property of the club. Please note that failure to hand in your jersey at the end of the season will result in a $55 replacement fee.
